Conditions boat transport
OwnerThe owner or his representative is indicated below as “client” and must have demonstrable sign authority on his behalf to Aerotaxi.

Quotation
Mentioned prices do not include fuel, oil, bridge, lock or harbour dues, travel and accommodation costs;

Offer is valid for 30 days after signature.

50% down payment by order;

If it is not possible to spend the night on board we will charge hotel costs;

All costs incurred in connection with the travel assignment are for the account of the client;

After execution of the order Aerotaxi will send an itemised post-calculation.

Number of crew
The minimum number of crew is 1 (one) for a boat up to 32′ / 12 tons. Larger, number of crew in consultation.

Safety
The client declares that the ship is in such a condition that it can sail the planned route;

If, during the inspection or during the voyage, it appears that, in the opinion of the skipper, the vessel or parts thereof impede safe navigation, the principal must repair it or have it repaired by the skipper or have it repaired at the expense of the principal;

The voyage may be broken off by the skipper if he judges that the ship is not safe. In that case the daily compensation (8 hours) plus all expenses incurred, plus the travel expenses to be incurred, shall remain due back to the skipper’s place of residence and crew by the client;

recently inspected safety equipment must be on board.

Insurance
The ship must be insured for damage, theft, liability and the area/route (area) to be sailed. The client declares that the ship’s insurance policy provides cover if the ship is transported by a paid skipper with any crew.

Damages
The skipper or his crew cannot be held liable for damage or wear and tear to the ship that occurs during delivery. Nor for towage or salvage costs. If damage occurs along the way, the skipper will try to repair the damage himself. If this does not succeed, the client will be contacted. If the ship cannot sail due to damage, the daily compensation plus all costs incurred will be charged to the client;

Any excess shall be at the client’s expense.

Facilities
The skipper and crew are allowed to use the toilet, shower, galley, etc. We will make sure that everything is left clean and in its original state.

Illegal activities
The client declares that the transport is not used for drugs, smuggling or other illegal activities. In the event of discovery by the skipper, this will be reported to the authorities.

Finally
We also sail on Sundays and public holidays, for which there is a surcharge of 25%.
