HISWA GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING, SALE AND DELIVERY
These are the General Terms and Conditions of Contracting, Sales and Delivery of HISWA Vereniging (Dutch Association of Entrepreneurs in the Water Sports Industry). These conditions have been drawn up in consultation with the Consumers’ Association and the ANWB within the framework of the Self-Regulation Coordination Group of the Social and Economic Council. The conditions only apply to members of the HISWA Association. In the event of abuse, the HISWA Association will take action. The conditions have been filed with the registry of the District Court of Amsterdam on 21 June 2018 under number 65/2018.
